Shipping and returns
Orders are usually prepared within 24–48 business hours after confirmation. Weekends and public holidays are excluded; business hours are counted during normal operating days, not continuously. Our voluntary return window is 60 calendar days after delivery for eligible unused items. Contact us before sending a return. Product-specific exclusions must be disclosed before purchase; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
